Across the globe, Canadians seem most willing to consider downsizing, while British buyers tend to prefer sticking to their original expectations. In my experience working throughout Baltimore, Baltimore County, Harford County, Anne Arundel, and Howard, understanding how each group approaches affordability can make all the difference when guiding clients toward the right decision for their situation.
